Unique Three-Layer Structure, Self-Adhesive at Room Temperature

DS7161 is a high-performance, self-Adhesive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive film. Structurally, it features a scientifically engineered three-layer composite design consisting of a protective film, a core acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release paper (Glassine release paper).     • Hot Pressing Time: 5 - 15 seconds

  • Secondary Lamination (Flat Pressing):

    • Mechanical Mold Temperature: 110°C - 150°C

    • Hot Pressing Time: 10 - 30 seconds

    • Pressure: 0.3 - 0.6 MPa
